Student research assistant position in Bioinformatics is available in a biomedical research laboratory at University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, CA 92093.
Candidates for this student research assistant position should have proven expertise in one or more of these research areas: phylogenetic/evolutionary tree analysis, HapMap and SNP data analysis and pharmacophore modeling. Some lab experience in biology and/or biostatistics/bioinformatics or related quantitative fields is necessary.
